Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and/or participating in any Deep Human Club programme, workshop, event, membership, retreat, course, or related activity (“Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation & Personal Responsibility

You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in the Event and are sufficiently fit, physically, mentally, and emotionally, to do so. You understand that participation may involve reflective discussions, emotional sharing, coaching exercises, group activities, or physical movement.

You agree to take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions, and participation throughout the Event.

Deep Human Club, Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd., its facilitators, speakers, coaches, employees, and representatives do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment through the Event unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Event is intended for educational, developmental, and personal growth purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress or any medical or mental health condition that may affect your participation, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support before participating.

2. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, safe, and confidential environment.

You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or publicly disclose personal stories, sensitive information, or identities shared by other participants during the Event without their explicit consent.

Deep Human Club reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, harmful, discriminatory, abusive, or violates the psychological safety of the group.

3. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, frameworks, recordings, slides, workbooks, exercises, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd. and/or Deep Human Club unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, taught, modified, or commercially used without prior written consent.

4. Photography, Video & Media

Deep Human Club and Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd. may photograph, film, or record portions of the Event for educational, archival, promotional, marketing, or community purposes.

By attending the Event, you consent to the possible use of your image, voice, likeness, comments, or participation in photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings unless you explicitly inform the organisers in writing prior to the Event.

5. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If you are unable to attend, transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Deep Human Club.

Deep Human Club reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, substitute facilitators, change venues, move the Event online, or cancel the Event where necessary. In such instances, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants promptly.

Due to the nature of Deep Human Club programmes and the cumulative group experience, missed sessions, workshops, events, or activities are not eligible for make-up sessions, replacements, credits, or refunds unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. Participants are responsible for attending the sessions they have registered for.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Human Club, Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd., and all facilitators, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, personal distress, or claim arising from participation in the Event.

Participants attend and participate at their own discretion and risk.

7. Data Protection & Communications

By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes related to Event administration, communication, operations, and community engagement in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You may also receive updates, resources, invitations, or future communications from Deep Human Club and Forest Wolf Pte. Ltd., from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Agreement

By proceeding with your purchase and participation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
