Join Eric Lim, our Mindfulness Ambassador, for Mindfulness Circles.

Eric Lim is Singapore’s second certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and a recognized expert in mindfulness and sleep wellness. With over a decade of experience, Eric has worked with more than 10,000 individuals across diverse sectors, helping them improve their well-being through mindfulness practices. For his contributions to the field, he was awarded the Young Model Caregiver (Merit) Award from AWWA and the SHMDP Fellowship from the Ministry of Health. As the co-founder of Somnus Sleep Wellness, Eric is dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim satisfying sleep and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
